Developers to buy Harsco land

Three Harrisburg-area businessmen plan to purchase 8 acres adjacent to Harsco Corp.'s headquarters building in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, and build a 120,000-square-foot office campus there.

The developers are Tony Pascotti and Tom Flynn, as well as Rick Reynolds, president of Reynolds Construction Management Inc. in Harrisburg. They have agreed to pay Harsco $900,000 for its property, Pascotti said, adding that they have acquired an option to buy the land.

Norwegian Norsk Hydro to expand Chinese plant for EUR 40.3m.

(ADPnews) - Jan 19, 2011 - Norwegian aluminium major Norsk Hydro ASA (OSL:NHY) said Tuesday it will invest NOK 315 million (USD 54.3m/EUR 40.3m) to add two aluminium extrusion presses at its plant in Suzhou, China, which now has one press.

The sum also includes installation, building and construction, and auxiliary equipment.

One of the presses will be dedicated to heat transfer components and systems, while the other will be aimed at industrial customers who require added value services such as fabrication or surface treatment.
