Developers to buy Harsco land

Three Harrisburg-area businessmen plan to purchase 8 acres adjacent to Harsco Corp.'s headquarters building in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, and build a 120,000-square-foot office campus there.

The developers are Tony Pascotti and Tom Flynn, as well as Rick Reynolds, president of Reynolds Construction Management Inc. in Harrisburg. They have agreed to pay Harsco $900,000 for its property, Pascotti said, adding that they have acquired an option to buy the land.

Estimated construction costs for the four-building project are about $13 million, Pascotti said. A group of doctors is negotiating to purchase the first planned 45,000-square-foot office structure, he …
